A delegation of 24 leading educationists from across India are in Israel for five days to learn about their educational approaches and schooling system. With assistance from the Foreign Trade Administration, Israel’s Ministry of Economy and Industry, and the Israeli Embassy, the visit—which will end on August 26—was organised by FICCI ARISE, a group of stakeholders dedicated to supporting high-quality education.

The purpose of the visit is to learn about and experience the K–12 Israeli educational system, as well as to become familiar with the dynamic and adaptable pedagogical tools and models that use cutting-edge technology like artificial intelligence, data analytics, and design thinking to prepare students for the demands of the 21st century. “In India, we have done a great job of ensuring that even the most isolated rural areas have access to education. Today, ensuring outcome-based learning and stakeholder responsibility through honest data reporting is the harder problem. Only by using technology wisely is this feasible “Shishir Jaipuria, chairman of FICCI ARISE, remarked.
We also need to understand how Israel has successfully integrated entrepreneurship education into schooling, providing the benefit of early mentoring and skill development for pupils. The policy framework for several forms of high-quality education being provided by the Israeli K–12 sector will be exposed during this tour to Israel “Added he. “In addition to the Israel Ministry of Education, the team will also pay visits to the Israel Export and International Cooperation Institute, Taasiyeda, the Peres Center for Peace and Innovation, Start-up Nation Central, MINDSET, and Shimon Peres High School
