India Young Professionals Scheme: UK announces 2400 visas for Indians
The UK government announced a call for 2,400 Indians to apply for visas through the UK-India Young Professional Initiative. An update provided by the British High Commission in India states that Indian citizens between the ages of 18 and 30 who meet other pertinent requirements are eligible to enter the ballot. The British High Commission in New Delhi announced the specific eligibility requirements for the new programme and declared that it was “a great chance for India’s brightest young people between the ages of 18 and 30 to experience the best of the UK.”
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or above in the relevant field and £2,530 (about 2.6 lakhs) in savings. If you are chosen in the ballot, you will receive an invitation to submit a visa application. After receiving the email, you will have 30 days to apply online, pay the visa application cost, and pay the immigration health surcharge. The online application will start by 28th February and will end at 2nd March. The successful candidate must travel to the UK within 6 months of applying for your visa.”You’ll be given a visa to live and work in the UK for up to 24 months.
