Deakin University’s Expanded 2023 Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship Programme Open

/PRNewswire/ — NEW DELHI, April 19, 2023 – By extending its Vice – Chancellor’s Meritorious Scholarship Programme 2023, Deakin University, a top 1% university globally and a prominent Australian higher education institution, is strengthening its commitment to Indian students. This programme intends to assist Indian students who excel in their pursuit of becoming global citizens who can have a beneficial influence on their home communities. The programme has grown to include 20 scholarships, each worth more than INR 6 million, and provides winners with 100% fee waivers for the duration of their studies at a Deakin campus in Victoria, Australia. Applications are now being accepted for the July 2023 intake.

This initiative, which is a component of the university’s “Changing Lives” programme, aims to have a significant impact on the lives of deserving students in India. It provides chances for postgraduate and undergraduate studies in any discipline, with no time limit on study periods. The program’s goal is to enable exceptional students who have shown both academic distinction and all – around accomplishments to study on – campus at Deakin University in Australia. It is created to support these students. The President and Vice Chancellor of Deakin University, Professor Iain Martin, reaffirmed his commitment to assisting Indian students to have better access to world – class education to fulfil their enormous potential, and Deakin initiated the Vice- Chancellor’s Meritorious 100% Scholarship programme (India).
