The University of Strathclyde is accepting applications for postgraduate taught international scholarships

For applicants joining postgraduate taught programmes in the academic year 2023–2024 from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow is accepting applications for a variety of scholarships. Applying is possible from the university’s official website, The deadline to submit an application for any of the 285 scholarships given by the university at the postgraduate level is July 31, 2023. These grants will assist with tuition costs and range in value from £2,500 to £5,000 (15 percent of the tuition). Each of these scholarships will be good for one academic year.

Candidates must have an acceptance letter from a full-time postgraduate taught degree programme beginning in the academic year 2023–2024 in order to be eligible for these scholarships. Applications must have an undergraduate degree with a 2:1 (or its equivalent). Education, English, History, Law, Languages, Politics, Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Journalism, Social Policy, International Relations, and Social Work are among the subjects addressed by this scholarship. 

Additionally, the university offers a small number of Dean’s International Excellence Awards for postgraduate taught candidates. These awards, worth £4,000 to £5,000, are given to outstanding postgraduate taught applicants. For all levels of postgraduate taught scholarships, candidates just need to submit one application. The Dean’s International Excellence Award or the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences International Scholarship Postgraduate Taught will be given to students; it’s crucial to keep in mind that the prizes cannot be combined. The varsity is unable to guarantee these prizes because they are competitive, merit-based awards.
