IIM Lucknow offers executive management programme in People Leadership and Strategic HR Management

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow has collaborated with Imarticus learning to offer an executive management programme in People Leadership and Strategic HR Management. The 11 month course will be completely online with a three-day campus immersion at IIM Lucknow. The course fee is Rs 2,98,000 + GST (including registration fee of Rs 43,000 + GST). The course will begin from November 2. And, the batch strength will be 50.

There will be nine modules in the course, each covering a different management topic. Candidates must have a graduate degree with a minimum cumulative score of 50% and at least five years of work experience after graduation in order to be considered for the program.

The course aims to give students the knowledge and abilities they need to lead others well and manage teams successfully. The training gives participants the chance to develop their abilities and become familiar with the top HR management techniques. The curriculum includes a range of people management skills that HR professionals need in order to effectively navigate difficulties and drive strategic goals.

It will give a thorough grasp of the difficulties that CXOs, company executives, and HR professionals confront. The program offers seminars from seasoned CXOs to help participants grow their networks and learn useful skills.

Participants in the curriculum will get knowledge of the dynamics of people leaders and real-world business case studies. There will be five masterclasses led by business professionals and six gamified events.
