Enactus– Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi in association with South Indian Bank is inviting applications for its hackathon ‘SIB Finathon.’ The registrations are open to IIT students, engineering scholars, technology enthusiasts and diverse professionals across the country.

Gamification, virtual branches, and hyper-personalization of the mobile app are the three hackathon challenges for SIB Finathon. The applications must be submitted by October 10th.

There will be two stages to the hackathon: an online round of screening and shortlisting, and a grand finale. A panel of experts will assess the submissions, and 15 teams with the most intriguing and creative concepts will be chosen to attend the co-creation camp at IIT Delhi.

Participants will have the chance to present their ideas and solutions while receiving coaching and mentoring from South Indian Bank, Mindgate Solutions, OneCard, and OSTTRA specialists as well as teachers from IIT Delhi. On November 4 and 5, the grand finale will take place on the IIT Delhi campus. A total cash award of Rs 6 lakh will be given to the top three winners.

A colloquium with speakers from the BFSI and tech sectors will be held in conjunction with SIB Finathon. Fireside chats, panel discussions, and networking opportunities will be made possible by the conclave.

Candidates seeking to apply must be of legal age, have access to the internet, and be citizens of their country. Candidates can register at southindianbank.com/finathon for additional information about the SIB Finathon.
