NEET MDS 2024 Postponed to March 18; Check Cut-off Fate

The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for Master of Dental Surgery (NEET MDS 2024) has been rescheduled by the National Board of Examination in Medical Science (NBEMS). The official announcement states that the new date for the NEET MDS 2024 is March 18.

NBEMS uploaded an official notification at the official website — natboard.edu.in.

March 31, 2024, will be the deadline for determining eligibility to participate in the NEET MDS 2024. The exam had previously been tentatively scheduled for February 9, 2024.

There will be 240 multiple-choice questions on the test; Parts A and B will have 100 and 140 questions each. For each right response, candidates will receive four marks; for each incorrect response, they will lose one mark.

Last year, the entrance test was scheduled to be conducted on March 1 and the results were declared around the end of March.

The NEET PG 2024 exam was also postponed by NBEMS in the interim. The NEET PG 2024 exam is scheduled to take place on July 7, 2024, as per the schedule that was made public on January 9. August 15, 2024, will be the deadline for determining eligibility to take the NEET PG 2024.
