IIM Kozhikode, Emeritus Jointly Launch New Chief Executive Officer Programme

The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM Kozhikode) today introduced the Chief Executive Officer Programme in India in partnership with Emeritus, an educational institution.

 According to a statement from IIM Kozhikode, the new 12-month program will help learners develop high-level leadership skills, understand trade disputes and geopolitical tensions, and provide them with the tools and techniques they need to propel business growth.

Leaders can expect growth strategies, innovation, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making from this module.

Graduates (10+2+3), diploma holders (10+2 +3), and postgraduates from accredited universities (UGC, AICTE, DEC, AIU, state government, recognized international universities) with at least ten years of work experience are eligible for this program. The start date of this programme is March 30, 2024, and the cost is Rs 6,50,000 + GST.

With a minimum of ten years of work experience, the new program is intended for seasoned professionals who want to further develop their skills to advance to the position of CEO. This will enable them to meet customer expectations regarding societal engagement, support brand values and trust as growth drivers, possess strong, purposeful leadership for successful change management, foster an innovation culture that propels digital transformation, and transform business models for strategic growth.

This program will include three days of on-campus immersion at the IIM Kozhikode campus, as well as live online instruction led by IIMK faculty and industry professionals. It also includes two Kellogg Executive Education online modules. A capstone project overseen by faculty from IIM Kozhikode, practical learning via business simulations, peer-to-peer learning opportunities, and advanced modules on innovation prowess, powerful leadership dynamics, and AI applications for growth are also included in the program.

A certificate of completion from IIM Kozhikode and the chance to become an Executive Alumni of the institute will be given to participants who successfully complete the program and maintain a minimum attendance of 75%. A verified digital certificate of completion from Kellogg Executive Education will also be given to participants after they successfully complete each online module with a minimum grade of 80%.
