ETS TOEFL announces scholarship for Indian students in UK

The National Indian Students and Alumni Union (NISAU) and the ETS TOEFL have partnered to introduce the “UK-India TOEFL Scholarship.” The fellowship aims to provide Rs 2.5 lakh in funding for ten Indian students. Applying for the scholarship is possible at toefltest.in/scholarship for those who want to study in the UK. July 15 is the deadline for Indian students to submit their scholarship applications.

The scholarship is intended to assist individuals who wish to enrol in full-time undergraduate or graduate programs in the UK for the autumn or spring of 2024 or 2025. This scholarship will only be awarded once and will help with living expenses such as books, tuition, and travel. 

In order to qualify for the scholarship, each applicant needs to fulfil the following requirements::

– A minimum of 75 out of 120 on the TOEFL® test

– An acceptance letter for Fall 2024 or Spring 2025 from a UK university

Representatives from UK universities and NISAU will make up the selection panel that will shortlist the contenders for the scholarship. During their studies, the UK-India TOEFL Scholarship winners will represent the program by discussing their experiences and promoting it.
