IIIT-Bangalore Launches PG Diploma in Digital Product Design and Management
A one-year Post-Graduate Diploma Programme in Digital Product Design and Management (PGD-DPDM) has been introduced by the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore (IIIT-Bangalore) for the academic year 2024–2025. This curriculum integrates engineering and social science fields to give students the skills they need to create and manage digital products.

A one-year Post-Graduate Diploma Programme in Digital Product Design and Management (PGD-DPDM) has been introduced by the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore (IIIT-Bangalore) for the academic year 2024–2025. This curriculum integrates engineering and social science fields to give students the skills they need to create and manage digital products.
Interested and qualified applicants may use the official website to submit their applications. The application must be submitted by April 30.
Candidates may choose to attend in-person sessions on the IIIT-Bangalore campus on May 11 and 12, when both personal interviews and online written exams will take place.
Students who successfully complete the PG Diploma program are eligible for direct admission to the Master of Science (by Research) program in the Digital Society research domain at IIIT-Bangalore. Based on their performance in the PG Diploma, an internal committee will determine if they qualify for admission to this program.
IIIT Bangalore PGD-DPDM Programme: Eligibility Criteria;
Candidates with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, irrespective of their field of study, including arts, science, commerce, design, management, law, or engineering, are eligible to apply.
IIIT Bangalore PGD-DPDM Programme: The course will start in July 2024 and run for 12 months, during which time students must be on campus full-time. It is divided into two semesters and includes foundational courses in information economics and product finance, data analysis and visualization, innovation and design thinking, software models and design patterns, software product management, user research, and user experience.
