The Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi) has introduced a 5-month executive programme in Robotics. The course which comprises 120 hours of online learning aims to provide professionals with the necessary skills and knowledge required to thrive in the ever-evolving field of robotics. By doing so, it aims to promote innovation and leadership within the industry. claims the press release.

The course covers the foundations of robotics, including artificial intelligence, sensors, and mechanical parts. The training will be delivered directly to devices (D2D) using the cutting-edge Interactive Learning (IL) technology. According to the press release, students will also be introduced to the real-world uses of robots in the manufacturing, healthcare, and other sectors. IIT Delhi’s robots course is specifically tailored to adapt to the ever-evolving demands of automation through the utilization of cutting-edge technologies.

“The executive program in robotics offers more than just traditional classroom teaching,” stated Prof. Biswarup Mukherjee of IIT Delhi. Participants gain practical experience and exposure to robotics applications in several fields. They can design robotic devices from the ground up, use programming, and make efficient use of the operating system thanks to this programme.
