BHU begins registration for UG Admissions at bhucuet.samarth.edu.in

Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has started registration process for the admission to UG programmes for the academic session 2024-25. The admission will be done through CUET UG 2024 marks. Interested students can visit the official website, bhucuet.samarth.edu.in to complete the registration process.

The BHU Central Admission Committee has advised that subject choices may be filled up by the applicant following the payment of registration fees and the announcement of the NTA CUET-UG results on July 22. The BHU registration period will be open until August 5 at 11:59 p.m.

BHU UG 2024: Eligibility

  • CUET UG Test(s) chosen at the examination conducted by NTA as per the undergraduate information bulletin – 2024.
  • NTA –CUET (UG) score obtained for specific undergraduate programmes.
  • Subjects studied at 10+2 level.
  • Percentage of marks scored at 10+2 level.

The candidate’s birthdate, gender, category claim (if relevant), and UG program choice should match those made at the NTA admission exam. Candidates must have a valid NTA application number because registration for BHU will be based on this number.

BHU UG 2024: How to apply

Step 1: Visit the official websites, bhucuet.samarth.edu.in or bhu.ac.in/Site/AdmissionCounselling/

Step 2: On the homepage select ‘UG Registration Cum Counselling 2024’ or select new registration.

Step 3: The candidate has to mention CUET application number along with date of birth mentioned on the CUET form.

Step 4: Mention the Captcha code and select register.

Step 5: This way a candidate will create its account on the BHU’S website.

Step 6: Then, they have to mention all the credentials asked and upload all the necessary documents asked in a proper and cleared format.

Step 7: Complete the process by paying the registration fees and download the form for admission purposes.

BHU UG 2024: Application fees

The university offers a total of 7712 seats of undergraduate programmes at various faculties in main campus, its constituent college Mahila Mahavidyalaya and affiliated colleges (FMC – 3480, MMV – 695, AC – 3537). Additionally, there are a total of 1182 paid seats in main campus, Mahila Mahavidyalaya and affiliated colleges, mentions the press release.
