ISB, Emeritus Launch New Certificate Programme on Healthcare Management

A new certificate program in healthcare management has been announced by the Indian School of Business (ISB) Executive Education in association with Emeritus and the Max Institute of Healthcare Management. In light of the enormous expansion and transformation the healthcare industry is undergoing, this project seeks to close the gap between clinical and business abilities in the field.

This expansion is being driven by changes in management techniques, patient needs, and technological advancements. Consequently, there is an increasing need for healthcare executives with a thorough awareness of the financial, operational, marketing, and strategic facets of the sector.

Programme details

The 12-week online course is intended for medical professionals who want to advance into administrative or team leader positions. It is especially appropriate for mid-level administrative healthcare professionals who want to improve healthcare delivery in their organizations and grow as managers. It also helps medical professionals who want to launch their own hospitals, clinics, or other healthcare-related enterprises.

Eligibility and fees

The programme is open to graduates and diploma holders (10+2+3) from recognised universities. It begins on September 12, 2024, with a fee of Rs 1,20,000 plus GST. Participants who successfully complete the programme with a minimum grading of 70 per cent in all required assignments will receive a certificate of completion from ISB Executive Education.
