Strathclyde Business School Glasgow Announces Scholarships for International Students for Jan 2025 Intake
A number of master’s scholarships have been announced by Strathclyde Business School Glasgow for the January 2025 intake. International students are eligible for these scholarships, which range in value from £9,000 to £12,000 based on the candidate’s academic area and course cost. There are 35 scholarships available, and the winner will be chosen on the basis of merit.
The candidates for the scholarships at Strathclyde Business School must show exceptional academic achievement from their past or present coursework in both their master’s degree application and scholarship application. The scholarships will be given out on merit rather than financial necessity. Relevant extracurricular activities, work experience, and career advancement will also be taken into account during the selection process.
Eligibility criteria
– Candidates must be self-funded (not receiving other scholarships, employer sponsorships, etc.).
– They should already have an offer for an MSc programme starting in January 2025.
– The candidate must be classified as an International student for fee status.
– Candidates are eligible for only one scholarship per academic year from the University of Strathclyde.
– Online and blended learning programmes are not eligible.
– Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis from August 2024.
– The final deadline for applications is December 4, 2024.
– The decision on scholarships is final and cannot be appealed.
Applications are open to students majoring in economics, entrepreneurship, human resource management, marketing, business, hospitality and tourism, data analytics, accounting and finance, and management.
Scholarships will be awarded beginning in early August 2024 on a rolling basis. The deadline for submitting applications is December 4, 2024. It is recommended that applicants avoid submitting multiple applications, as all forms and statements will be taken into account throughout the selection process.
Applicants must submit a 1,000 word essay outlining their academic accomplishments, relevant work or extracurricular activities, and future career aspirations. They can use this to discuss their program of choice and their passions, as well as to justify their scholarship application. The statement ought to provide information on the individual’s goals and strengths, as well as how they hope to contribute to the program and take full advantage of the opportunity.
