DU UG Admission 2024: CSAS Round 2 Seat Allotment Results Declared, Steps to Check
The University of Delhi has made available on du.ac.in the seat allocation list for the second round. By August 27, students allotted seats in the second round must confirm their selection, and by August 29, admissions to the corresponding colleges will be accepted. By August 30th, students must pay the admission fee. According to the varsity’s official announcement, candidates can only choose to “Upgrade” for the next round if they have paid.
Round 2 had 24,869 new allocations, while 27,554 candidates received a higher priority as a result of their upgrade option. “All candidates who were rejected in Round I due to an invalid certificate / document have been reconsidered in the UR category as per their merit and preference, subject to the availability of seats, in the second round, as per the policy of the University,” the official DU notice said.
A list of 6,100 open spots for the second round of undergraduate admissions was previously made public by DU. In the first round of counseling, 65,843 seats—or 91.98 percent of the total—were filled. 52,838 of the 97,387 seats allocated by DU to female students and 44,549 to male students. 2,45,287 students registered using the DU CSAS site this year. In the meantime, DU has 71,600 seats available for UG courses.
DU UG CSAS Admission 2024 Round 2 Seat Allocation List: Steps to Check
Step 1: Head to the official website of Delhi University at admission.uod.ac.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the Login tab and key in the required details.
Step 3: After logging in, look for the Round 2 Seat allocation link and click on it.
Step 4: The DU UG CSAS Round 2 Seat allocation list will appear on the screen.
Step 5: Download and save the seat allotment result for future reference.
Delhi University will declare the allocations to Performance-based programmes and Supernumerary quotas of CW, ECA, Sports, and Ward in the third round of allocations. The schedule for the third round will be declared soon, it has said.
