Young leaders (PGP YL) is a 20-month postgraduate program in management offered by the Indian School of Business (ISB). This program offers full-time residential management coursework comparable to an MBA for high-potential candidates with up to two years of full-time job experience.

Candidates wishing to apply for the ISB’s PGP YL program must provide information about their educational background, employment history, and a valid GMAT, GRE, or CAT score.

A personal interview is part of the PGP YL program admissions process, which is determined by the students’ application essays, test performance, and academic quality. A panel of academics, industry professionals, and senior alumni will then interview the candidates who made the short list, according to the announcement.

The lodging cost is Rs 3,95,000, and the programme price is Rs 21,65,000 + GST for the 2025–2027 academic year. Forty to fifty percent of the class will get scholarships based on merit and merit-cum-need standards. For worthy applicants, merit scholarships may provide up to a 100% tuition waiver, according to the press release.

ISB’s PGP YL will provide an educational experience through a curriculum created in response to the constantly changing business landscape and technological disruptions starting in mid-2025. In order to transform students into problem solvers, the PGP YL curriculum will integrate cutting edge technology, data, analytics courses, and global perspectives with fundamental business principles.

Owing to the students’ insufficient job experience, experiential learning elements such as an Innovation Lab and a Business Design Lab are incorporated into the PGP YL curriculum. Students must also finish a two-month summer internship, which is mandatory and will give them real-world experience in a variety of corporate contexts.
