IGNOU January Admission: Registration Date Extended Till February 28

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has announced an extension for the registration deadline for January 2025 admissions, now set for February 28. Eligible candidates can apply for admission through the official website at ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.

Applicants must provide all required documents in the format indicated in order to finish the registration procedure. Undergraduate, graduate, diploma, and certificate programs are among the many programs offered by IGNOU. Admissions are open for both the January and June sessions.

In order to provide candidates more time to apply, the registration deadline, which was originally set for January 31, has been extended.

Steps to fill IGNOU registration form 

– Visit the official website at ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in

– Click on ‘IGNOU registration’ link

– Enter personal and basic academic details to complete the initial registration

– Select a username and create a password

– Login with the allotted credentials and complete IGNOU 2025 registration form.

– Upload scanned documents such as photograph, signature, caste certificate, and education certificate

– Do payment of the IGNOU 2025 registration fee and submit the application form. 

– Download the application form for the future reference

Applicants can use the registration portal to directly cancel their application. It is crucial to remember that neither iGRAM nor email should be used to submit requests to cancel an application. Applications cannot be reinstated once they are canceled, and any refunds that may be due will be handled in accordance with university regulations.

Candidates will have the chance to apply for Government of India scholarships via the official website, scholarships.gov.in, after their admission to IGNOU has been confirmed. For further details, candidates are encouraged to visit the official IGNOU portal.
