IIM Lucknow Summer Placement: Domestic Stipend Reaches Rs 3.95 lakh

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow has concluded its summer placement process for the 2024-2026 batch, securing 576 offers for its 40th batch of Post Graduate Programme (PGP) students and the 21st batch of Post Graduate Programme in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM) students.

This year, the median monthly stipend was Rs 1.50 lakh, while the average monthly stipend was Rs 1.43 lakh. While foreign offers topped Rs 1.75 lakh per month, the highest domestic stipend was Rs 3.95 lakh.

The 2024–2026 class of IIM Lucknow consists of 342 students having significant prior job experience in a variety of sectors and 234 freshmen. According to IIM Lucknow, this blend of young talent and seasoned professionals helped students land jobs in a variety of industries, such as consulting, finance, general management, product management, sales & marketing, operations & retail, and e-commerce.

Arcesium, Barclays, Bank of New York Mellon, eBay, Essar, GMR Group, Navneet, NIIF, Paytm Money, PepsiCo Agro, Saint Gobain, Sprinklr, Tata Consumer Products, Tesco, and Virtusa were among the new recruiters that took part in the process and offered a variety of domestic and foreign roles. The following recruiters, who reaffirmed their continued faith in IIM Lucknow’s students, joined these new recruiters: Accenture, Aditya Birla Group, Adobe, Alvarez & Marsal, Amazon, American Express, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Citi Group, Deloitte, EY, Goldman Sachs, HUL, McKinsey & Company, Procter & Gamble, PwC, and Tata Administrative Services.

This year, IIM Lucknow adopted a hybrid placement model, offering both online and offline options to ensure flexibility and convenience for students and recruiters alike.
