IIM-Mumbai, Jaro Education Launch Executive MBA Programme; fee Rs 15 lakh

IIM Mumbai, earlier known as NITIE, in collaboration with edtech company Jaro Education, has launched its two-year Executive MBA  programme.

The program blends academic excellence with practical insights to prepare leaders for the dynamic global economy.

Through case studies, interactive seminars, and group discussions, the participants will go on an enriching trip that aims to develop their critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

According to IIM-M, the program’s hybrid learning model—which blends the flexibility of online sessions with in-person engagement—is one of its main highlights. Working professionals can now pursue their academic objectives without sacrificing their ability to advance in their careers thanks to this creative method.

The programme fee is Rs 15 lakh (inclusive of taxes), with educational loan options available from leading banks for added financial flexibility.

Students will be able to finish the curriculum in two years or up to five years if they so want. Professionals are guaranteed financial convenience with customizable payment plans, such as annual or module-based alternatives.

In order to enhance the educational experience, the curriculum incorporates recurring on-campus sessions that promote peer learning, interactive conversations, and cooperative problem-solving.

Eligibility Criteria

Executives, middle managers, and professionals/candidates are all eligible for the Executive MBA program. It is necessary to have a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% of the possible points or an equivalent CGPA (45% for candidates who fall into the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), or Persons with Disability (PwD) categories). Additionally, following graduation, three years of appropriate job experience in any commercial organization.

To apply for the programs, candidates must have taken at least one of the following exams: the Common Admission Test (CAT), Graduate

In accordance with the CAT exam pattern, the candidate must pass the IIM Mumbai Admission Test, or IMAT.


The date of the exam is set for December 22, 2024. The program will start on January 10, 2025, and the application period will end on December 20.
