Academy provides applicants in expanding sector with paid training and benefits

In collaboration with the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER), Service Experts Career Academy (SECA) is providing a debt-free route to a long-term career as a plumber or HVAC specialist. To satisfy the rising need for HVAC technicians and plumbers, the SECA programme is educating dozens of apprentices across the nation. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics projects that there will be 401,100 HVAC technician job vacancies over the course of the next ten years. After the HVAC training programme received excellent feedback, SECA and NCCER will start teaching aspiring plumbers beginning January 2023.

Any individuals interested in beginning their professional careers debt-free are welcome at Service Experts. SECA pays HVAC apprentices throughout the entire four-year training programme while also providing them with virtual, hands-on, and ride-along learning opportunities. By comparison, trade schools, four-year colleges, associate degrees, and other hands-on training programmes can cost $7,000 or more yearly.

Tom Essing, an SECA technical trainer in Michigan, declares: “We are extending our doors to everyone interested in taking that first step.” “We seek good, quality people who are excited about learning and are looking for a satisfying job, whether you have past experience or are a fresh mind with no experience at all.”
